O’Brien Criminal and Civil Solicitors is pleased to announce its CPD one-day program on Intentional Torts Litigation in Australia, including defamation.
This program details procedural, evidentiary and legal matters that will assist you in your work on these types of claims. The presentations and papers are designed to provide a comprehensive foundation and practical guide for lawyers conducting litigation in this area.
This one-day CPD includes welcome coffee/tea, morning and afternoon refreshments as well as a rooftop buffet lunch. If this program is relevant to your area of practice you may claim 1 unit for each hour of attendance, or 5 units for the whole day.
