Elle graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Law/Arts. Her substantial professional experience includes work for the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC), the independent investigative commission that oversees the NSW Police Force and NSW Crime Commission.
She completed her Practical Legal Training at Redfern Legal Centre in the Police Power’s Clinic, and commenced practising with O’Brien Criminal and Civil Solicitors in 2020.

- Civil claims against NSW Corrective Services.
- Civil claims for historical sexual abuse matters, principally against the State of NSW (including Juvenile Justice facilities) and religious organisations.
