Robbery in Company

SH was charged with Robbery in Company and 2 counts of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. SH was initially bail refused for this offence however was granted bail to a residential rehabilitation program. Representations were made to the Director of Public Prosecutions and as a result SH pleaded guilty to the lesser charges in full satisfaction of the more serious charges. The matter remained in the Local Court.

Suspended sentence for assault and stealing charges

SH pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and steal from person. He got to a 12 month suspended sentence.
