Facts:

CA was subject to severe victimisation and bullying after raising concerns to a private sporting institution about an employee abusing children in his care. CA, who has acted as a whistle-blower, was subject to victimisation since early 1998.

Over the years, CA had been humiliated, embarrassed and belittled, while her reputation was consistently and continuously attacked. The substance of this claim was subject of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
