Driving with low range PCA

Police were idling at the traffic lights off Oxford Street when they saw RE’s car perform two successive illegal U-turns. Police pulled RE’s vehicle over, and subjected RE to a roadside breath test. The test returned a positive reading of 0.053 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.

Outcome:

RE was discharged from the low range PCA drink driving charge on the condition that she enter a good behaviour bond. A good behaviour bond of 2 years duration was applied.
