Affray Charge Dismissed and Section 10 Given For Offensive Behaviour


KPP was involved in a pub brawl at a hotel off Oxford Street in inner Sydney’s suburb of Darlinghurst.


Police charged KPP with offensive behaviour and affray. CCTV captured the entire incident.


However, after reviewing the footage in court, KPP’s affray charge was dismissed. In addition, a section 10 non-conviction went on the record for the charge of offensive behaviour.
