Stalking and intimidation charges goes to Campbelltown Court: Police v VW

Stalking and intimidation

VW was charged with 6 counts of stalking. It was alleged that VW attended the alleged victim’s home and made threats which were of an intimidating nature. A number of civilian witnesses gave evidence corroborating the threats.

Plea of not guilty at Campbelltown: charge dismissed

VW pleaded not guilty and her matter was listed for hearing before the Campbelltown Local Court. Following a hearing of the matter, the court could not accept the evidence of the complainants beyond reasonable doubt and all charges were dismissed.
