Common Assault
Police charged our client, Jack, with the common assault of his neighbour. This followed an incident where the two passed each other while entering/exiting an elevator in their apartment complex.
Police charged a woman with common assault when she slapped her husband in argument. He supported his wife. He took responsibility for a role in the argument at sentencing.

Assault causing bodily harm
HXJ got into a dispute with a fellow attendee at a family gathering in a suburb of Sydney. After stepping outside the property and walking to a nearby empty lot with a number of other attendees, the dispute escalated. The police alleged that HXJ punched the other attendee, causing actual bodily harm, immediate pain and a swollen lip.

Assault occasioning ABH
Assault occasioning actual bodily harm charge for elderly man who fought his brother in Bondi home. After representing himself, our lawyer advise a guilty plea.
Our client responded to bullying at his school and police charged him with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. A Personal violence order also came into force against him.
