Outcome:

DLO was found guilty of all charges, yet was given relatively light sentences.

The common assault was met with a good behaviour bond; DLO received no conviction for the offensive behaviour; the offense of damage by fire attracted a short suspended sentence; and the damage of property was punished with a fine. At the conclusion of the case, the only action DLO had to take was to pay a fine.
