Case on historical abuse claim
This is a historical abuse claim. James* suffered abuse while in the care of the State of NSW, between the ages of 13 and 17. He experienced abuse in four different locations, being Cobham, Broken Hill, Minda and Yasmar.Â
The sexual abuse that James suffered included fondling, oral abuse, and anal penetration, with multiple perpetrators. Â
This claim included compensation for:Â
