Facts: attempt to re-enter/enter premises within 24 hours
BD re-entered the music dance festival “Above and Beyond” at the Sydney Olympic Park after being given a direction to leave. Police allege BD became argumentative and appeared to be under the influence of an intoxicant. BD was charged with attempt to re-enter/enter premises within 24 hours.
Outcome: Case dismissed and no fine to be paid

After we discussed the matter with the prosecutor and indicated that we had a number of witnesses to call on the behalf of BD, the prosecutor applied to withdraw the penalty notice and it was dismissed. The fine no longer needed to be paid.
