Drug supply (cannabis) and dealing with proceeds of crimes charges
DJ was charged with:
- supplying prohibited drug (cannabis),
- dealing with proceeds of crime,
- and failing to appear in accordance with bail acknowledgment.
The drugs supplied amounted to 28.8g, which was 0.2g shy of the indictable quantity. The proceeds of crime amounted to almost $4000.
Conditional Release Order and charge withdrawn
We successfully represented DH at Parramatta Local Court. DJ received a 12-month, section 9 Conditional Release Order with supervision for the first offence. The second charge was withdrawn. DJ received a section 10A conviction with no other penalty, for the third charge.
