Jose is a Civil Solicitor and an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Jose is a Civil Solicitor engaging in intentional torts, personal injury and other litigation matters. Jose’s legal practice is defined by effective conflict resolution. He is highly resilient and a dedicated team builder focused on fostering collaboration.
He is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. When engaged as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Jose assists clients in resolving disputes that arise from separation or divorce. He is authorised to issue a Section 60I certificate.
Additionally, Jose has significant expertise in regulation, policy and governance.
Jose is a proactive litigator and family mediator who prioritises fair, efficient and quick resolutions.
Jose has strong research skills. Since 2005, his academic work in governance, regulation, and policy has been published in various international peer-reviewed journals, a book chapter, a think tank website, a newspaper and a magazine. Additionally, he is a peer reviewer for the journal Energy Research & Social Science.
Jose is a strong advocate for prioritising human health and environmental protection in the production and regulation of natural gas.
