Facts: Speeding, fail to use indicator, sustaining loss of traction

QE was charged with several traffic offences:

  • speeding over 10km over the 50km/hr zone,
  • in addition to failing to use indicator for 5 seconds
  • sustaining loss of traction

in Bronte, in Sydney’s beach side Eastern Suburbs.

Outcome: Conditional release order

QE was ordered to pay a minor fine of $110 for failing to indicate.
