MK – Charge of Assault Occasioning ABH and AVO withdrawn

Facts: Apprehended Violence Order (AVO), assault with bodily harm

MK was charged with domestic violence related with injury (assault occasioning actual bodily harm) after she whacked the victim across the face during a confrontation. The victim sustained a small cut on his cheek. The police arrested MK for occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH). MK was also subject to an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO).
