IF attempted to move towards a friend who was assaulted and arrested by police. The police officers told IF to get back, and kicked out towards him. Police then sprayed IF with capsicum spray, assaulted him and placed him under arrest.

Consequently, IF suffered chest pains and temporary blindness. He was in custody for approximately 4 hours and charges were later dismissed.
