Brooke graduated from Macquarie University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology.
Brooke was admitted to practice in October 2023 and began her legal career building experience across property law, wills and estates, and personal injury law, developing a broad skill set across civil litigation and client advocacy.
Since joining the firm in April 2024, Brooke has specialised in intentional torts, particularly matters involving police misconduct, including malicious prosecution and misfeasance in public office; civil claims against security personnel; and historical abuse claims, representing clients in complex and often sensitive matters.
Brooke’s practice extends beyond the NSW jurisdiction, often representing clients with civil claims in the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, and Queensland. Brooke has appeared in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, both as an advocate and instructing solicitor.
More recently, Brooke’s practice has expanded into criminal law, assisting clients with criminal proceedings including Supreme Court bail matters.
With a strong interest in crime and justice, Brooke is passionate about advocating for individuals and ensuring accountability within the legal system, navigating complex legal issues with diligence, integrity and care.
