Facts – Breaching AVO Police v VH

FH was charged with AOABH (Assault occasioning actual bodily harm) and contravening an Apprehended Violence Order.


FH pleaded not guilty and his matter was listed for hearing before the Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney. The matter proceeded to hearing and the court could not be satisfied that FH was guilty of the two offences beyond reasonable doubt. The charges against FH were dismissed.
