Robbery in company charges: Police v SH

Facts:

SH was charged with Robbery in Company and 2 counts of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. SH was initially bail refused for this offence however was granted bail to a residential rehabilitation program. Representations were made to the Director of Public Prosecutions and as a result SH pleaded guilty to the lesser charges in full satisfaction of the more serious charges. The matter remained in the Local Court.

Outcome:

SH pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and steal from person. He was sentenced to a 12 month suspended sentence.
