Facts: The plaintiff attended Campbelltown police station to speak about an allegation. Police arrested her and escorted her to a holding cell. She was forced to strip search. They then interviewed her and finally released her.

Client sues police

Result: BA instigated proceedings for false imprisonment, assault and battery. The case settled.
